At check-out a delivery fee of R60 will apply to all orders under R1000. Orders over and above R1000 will receive FREE delivery.
In certain instances, and should a shopper elect this option, products will be available for collection. Once a Collection Order for products has been processed, the shopper will be notified via email of the collection address and date. All collections must be made within 5 (five) business days from receipt of this email notification.
Delivery of any products purchased via the NatEQ website will only take place after NatEQ has received payment in full for the products ordered. We will package your order and use a third-party courier of our choosing for delivery. We will not be responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after the product has been delivered to the physical address nominated by a shopper.
Once we have received your order and confirmed payment the following delivery time frames apply:
Major centres – 2-5 business days
Regional areas – 3-6 business days
Remote areas – 3-7 business days
You will need to sign for your order when it is delivered, if you are not available, please assign someone else to sign on your behalf.
Once signed for we will assume that the order has been successfully fulfilled.

Coupons
As a general rule:
Each coupon can only be used once and only one coupon per order is allowed.
A coupon must be used at checkout, it cannot be used after checkout on an existing order.
