Updating and amending these Terms & Conditions
NatEQ will from time to time update and amend these T & C’s and reserves its rights to change, modify, amend, novate, add or remove (“update”) the Terms & Conditions, or a portion hereof. Changes to the Terms & Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically view the Terms & Conditions on the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be deemed acceptance of the User to abide by and be bound by such changes or updates at the time of access of the Website.
Limitation of liability

Governing Law
NatEQ and this Website is a company registered, controlled, operated and administered from within the Republic of South Africa. Access to the Website from territories or countries where the Content or use, consumption, storage, and/or trade of the products sold and/or advertised on the Website is illegal, is prohibited. The User may not use this Website in violation of South African export, or any other country/ies’ laws and regulations. If the User accesses this Website from locations outside of the Republic South Africa, said User is responsible for compliance with all their local laws. The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the User consents to the jurisdiction of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa, Gauteng Local Division, Pretoria in the event of any dispute. The Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between NatEQ and the User with regard to the use of the Content and the Website and the use, consumption, storage, and/or trade of the Products.

NatEQ shall not be held liable for any medical claims brought by the User and all content on the Website, including but not limited to manufacturers’ testimonials and/or product recommendations shall in no way be binding on NatEQ. All statements made regarding the listed products have not been evaluated by the Medicines Control Council (MCC)/ South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) or the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the United States of America. These Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and are not advertised, marketed, listed and/or sold under said intention.
